We are an online based company, which means we’re open 24/7! You can also often find us across Vancouver BC’s lower mainland at select Luminesque Dance events or other affiliated events.

How do I contact someone for questions or support?
You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions, comments or concerns. Alternatively, trying to reach us via social media channels is another option, though we may not respond as readily.
How can I pay for my order?
We price all our items in CAD
This website accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Nude Apparel gift cards. If you have issues with completing a payment online, please contact us.
When will you charge me?
The credit card or PayPal account you entered at the time of check out will be charged once you complete the order.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! visit our Shop products page to order your gift card for that special someone.
Shipping / Returns
All items ship from Vancouver BC, Canada
When do items ship?
Items are shipped within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed.
How long will it take to get my order?
This will depend on Canada Post and the time of year, but usually between 3-5 business days once order has been received and processed.
Will you send me a tracking number?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number for you order.

What is your return/exchange policy?
- Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges unless product is defective.
- Online exchanges are not available at this time
I have received an incorrect or damaged item in my order, what do i do?
We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock.
What do I do if there’s an item missing from my order?
Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are carefully checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with us at email@example.com We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again. We recommend that you reorder the item as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as our stock does sell quickly.
